According to main problems of Tarlabasi such as security, disconnectedness, and ambiguity of the relationship between cars and pedestrians, lack of sunlight, clean air and green spaces,  our proposal aims to imcvprove the low quality of life by increasing the permeability of the buildings, having more green and public areas, connectivity and pedestrain streets .
